摘要
合肥市轨道交通一号线水阳江路站—葛大店站区间左线隧道,全长797m。盾构机从葛大店站始发,当施工至133m时,开始穿越南二环与马鞍山路交叉口处的隧道;施工至162m时,穿越结束。该段隧道路面与地铁隧道拱顶最小间距为4.5m,所穿地层主要为粘土③层。为使盾构施工对环境造成的影响降到最小,经分析计算,确定了合理的盾构推进参数。盾构推进过程中,严格控制推进参数,确保安全顺利施工,收到了预期效果。
There was a full length of 797 m of a left metro tunnel between Shuiyangjiang Road Station and Gedadian Station in No.1 Line of Hefei Metro Transportation System .From Gedadian Station , when the tunneling operation was at a location of 133 m ,the shield machine began to pass through un‐der the tunnel at the crossroad between South No.2 Circle and Ma’anshan Road .When the tunneling operation was at a location of 162 m ,the passing through under the crossroad was completed.A mini‐mum space between the crossroad tunnel roadway surface and the metro tunnel roof was 4.5 m and the stratum passed through was a clay stratum mainly. In order to reduce the influences of the shield tun‐neling construction less to the environment ,with an analysis and calculation ,rational shield tunneling parameters were set up.During the shield tunneling process ,the tunneling parameters were seriously controlled to ensure the safety and successful construction and had the expected effect.
