摘要
立井施工组织管理,是基本建设的重要环节,对提高工程质量和进度,降低工程成本,减少材料消耗,提高经济效益具有重要意义。随着立井凿井机械化的普遍推广应用,尤其是推行项目法管理后,探索并推行与之相适应的施工组织管理方式显得特别重要。沃溪坑回风立井深994.55m,净直径5.0m。该井筒施工中,由于加强施工组织管理,取得了平均月成井在102m以上,最高月成井达142.2m的好成绩。
An organization management of the mine shaft construction is an important link of the capital construction and would have important significances to improve the engineering quality and schedule , to reduce the engineering cost ,to reduce the material consumption and to improve the economic bene‐fit. With the general promotion and application of the mine shaft sinking mechanization ,especially after the project management method promoted ,the discovery and promotion of the related construction or‐ganization management method would be especially important. The mine air returning shaft of Woxi Mine was 994.55 m in depth and the net diameter of the mine shaft was 5.0 m.During the mine shaft construction period ,due to the construction organization management enhanced ,a month average mine shaft complement was over 102 m and a max mine shaft completed was an excellent achievement of a month shaft completed with a depth of 142.2 m.
