摘要 山西凯嘉能源集团义棠煤矿100302综采工作面在推采过程中,揭露隐伏陷落柱,底板导通奥灰水被淹后,采用井下控制注浆方法,封堵导水通道,抢救出工作面94架综采支架、2台刮板输送机、1台双滚筒采煤机,全部完好,装备总价值在3 000万元以上,创造了井下注浆法治理综采工作面被淹事故,不损坏工作面设备的记录。 In Yitang Mine of Shanxi Kaijia Energy Group ,during the mining forward process of No.100302 fully mechanized coal mining face ,a hidden sinkhole was exposed.After the coal mining face flooded as the floor broken through Ordovician limestone water ,a controlled grouting method in the underground mine was applied to seal the water flow channel. Thus there were 94 sets of the pow‐ered supports ,two sets of the scraper conveyors and one set of the double drums coal shearer rescued from the coal mining face and those equipments were all well in condition and the total value of the equipments was over RMB 30.00 millions. This set a record with no coal mining equipment damaged as the underground grouting method applied to handle the flooded accident of the fully mechanized coal mining face.
