摘要
母线保护是保证电网安全稳定运行的重要系统设备,其安全性、可靠性、灵敏性和快速性对保证整个区域电网的安全具有决定性的意义,根据十八项电网重大反事故措施要求,220 k V等级以上母线保护必须双重化配置。以东鞍山220k V变电站母差保护改造为例,针对母线保护双重化改造中的施工方案及技术难点进行分析总结,为同类变电站改造提供参考。
Busbar protection is an important system equipment which ensure safe and stable operation of power grid. Its safety, relia- bility, flexibility and rapidity have decisive significance for safety of the whole power grid. In accordance with requirements of grid 18 major anti-accident measures, 220 kV or over busbar protection must adopt double configuration. This paper chooses busbar differential protection modification of East Anshan 220kV substation as an example, construction scheme and technical difficulties are analyzed which offer a reference for similar transformation of substation .
