Planting Technology of High Quality Tender Ginger in Sichuan Purple Hilly Region

本文旨在解决四川省盆地紫色丘陵区粘重土壤种植优质嫩姜困难的问题。笔者根据生姜的生物学特性、生长发育规律及蔬菜软化栽培原理,结合实践经验,集成创新了"稻田种姜,深沟高厢,专用抱钳打深孔,‘蜂窝’式栽培,地膜覆盖,合理轮作"的优质嫩姜种植技术体系,系统地解决了紫色丘陵区较粘重土壤不能生产优质嫩姜的重大技术难题。

This paper was aimed to deal with the problem that cultivation of high quality tender ginger was difficult in clayey soil in the purple hilly regions of Sichuan province. Based on the biological characteristics, growth and development regularity of ginger and vegetables soften the cultivation principle, and combined with the practical experience, the author integrated the innovation of high-quality tender ginger cultivation technology system, i.e. ＂ginger planting in rice field;deep groove and high restbalk; deep hole digged by special holding clamps; ＇honeycomb＇ cultivation technology; plastic film mulching; reasonable rotation＂, which solved the major technical problems that high quality tender ginger couldn＇t be planted in clayey soil in the purple hilly regions of Sichuan.
