摘要
目的评价中药辛芩方去掉细辛后的安全性及有效性。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测药效成分黄芩苷及毒性成分马兜铃酸的含量,建立豚鼠变应性鼻炎模型研究辛芩全方及减方对豚鼠变应性鼻炎的作用。结果辛芩全方及减方浸膏中黄芩苷含量分别为(13.16±0.05)、(14.33±0.45)μg/mg,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);辛芩全方马兜铃酸的含量为0.000 1%,辛芩减方中未检测到马兜铃酸;辛芩全方及减方均可显著性地减少豚鼠鼻部症状如抓鼻(P<0.01)、打喷嚏的次数(P<0.05),降低血清中组胺的含量(P<0.05),减少鼻黏膜中嗜酸性粒细胞数量(P<0.001),并且可改善鼻黏膜形态,且两方各项指标之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论辛芩减方可在避免细辛中马兜铃酸给机体带来潜在毒副作用的同时,达到对变应性鼻炎的治疗作用。
Objective To evaluate the safety and the effectivity of XinQin formula and XinQin modified formula.MethodsThe effective ingredients of baicalin and toxic ingredient of aristolochic acid in two formula were detected by HPLC,and compared the effect of XinQin formula and the XinQin modified formula on the allergic rhinitis of guinea pig.Results The content of the baicalin in XinQin and Xinqin modified formula were(13.16±0.05)and(14.33±0.45)μg/mg,respectively.The content of aristolochic acid was 0.000 1%in XinQin formula,and the aristolochic acid was not detected in XinQin modified formula.The number of the rub(P〈0.01)and sneeze(P〈0.05)were significantly lower than that of the model group,the histamine in serum were significantly lower than that of the model group(P〈0.05),the number of eosnophils in nasal mucosa were significantly lower than that of the model group(P〈0.001),the morphology of nasal mucosa were improved.Moreover,there was no significance between the XinQin formula and the XinQin modified formula(P〉0.05).Conclusion XinQin modified formula,can avoid the potential side effect of aristolochic acid and have good effect on allergic rhinitis.
