家禽料重比不同测定方法的比较研究 被引量:10

摘要 研究旨在通过肉鸡和肉鸭试验,比较不同死淘率情况下料重比的4种不同测定方法对结果的影响。其中,方法一为总耗料量/总活禽增重,方法二用死淘禽增重占总增重的比例剔除死淘禽耗料量,方法三用死淘禽重占总重量的比例剔除死淘禽耗料量,方法四用死淘禽发生时阶段耗料量来剔除死淘禽耗料量。结果表明:方法一计算的结果与方法二、三、四差异显著(P<0.05),受死淘率影响大;方法二与方法三、四计算结果有一定差异,且差异随死淘率增大而变大,但这种差异在死淘发生时间相近的组别中差异较小;方法三、四基本等价,计算结果差异不显著(P>0.05);死淘率差异大时4种方法相应的计算结果差异也较大。结果表明,方法三用死淘禽重占总重量的比例剔除死淘禽耗料量操作简单且易于计算,可以用来衡量料重比。 This study was to compare different determination methods for feed conversion rate (FCR) of broiler chickens and ducks with different dead and culling rate. Method 1 was calculated with total feed intake divided by total body weight gain. Method 2 adjusted the total feed intake by the dead and culled poultry with the ratio of dead and culled poultry body weight gain to total body weight gain. Method 3 adjusted the total feed intake by the dead and culled poultry with the ratio of dead and culled poultry body weight to total body weight. Method 4 adjusted the total feed intake by the dead and culled poultry with the ratio of dead and culled poultry body weight gain to total body weight gain at that time that dead or culled poultry happened. The results showed that there were significant differences between method 1 and other three determination methods (P〈0.05),and the results of method 1 was affected by dead and culled rate. There were some differences between the results of method 2,3,4, and the differences in-creased with the dead and culled rate. There was no significant difference between method 3 and method 4 (P〉0.05). This study suggested that method 3 could be used to measure the FCR.
