摘要
针对落地铣镗床加工过程中滑枕变形进行分析,运用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件数值模拟滑枕端部的变形量,并设计滑枕挠曲变形补偿方案,以提高滑枕的刚度,减小滑枕变形量,从而加工出高质量的产品。
It focused on the analysis of ram deformation in the floor boring and milling machining process, using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench to do numerical simulation of the deformation of the end part of the sliding pil- low. Design the compensation scheme of ram deflection, which can improve the stiffness and reduce the deformation of the sliding pillow, further produce high-quality products.
