摘要
薄壁框架类零件加工中的技术难点和重点是装夹变形和加工过程变形。零件的加工变形是影响产品质量和加工效率的主要因素,是产品零件生产过程中的工艺技术瓶颈。通过创新装夹方式、采用高速加工和应力分割槽有效结合,达到了控制和减少零件加工变形的目的,提高了产品零件加工质量和加工效率。
The technical difficulty and key of thin-wall frame parts are assembly jig distortion and processing distor- tion. The machining distortion of parts is the key factor effecting the product quality and efficiency, thus it is the technical bottleneck in the product production. Through several ways such as using new assembly jig mode, high-speed machining and stress division slot, the aim of controlling and reducing machining distortion of parts is reached so that the machining quality and efficiency of parts is raised.
