摘要
通过Pro/E软件的特征建模功能创建车夹具的三维初始模型,利用该软件运动学分析模块分析计算夹具组件的质量和质心位置,在接近夹具工作环境的条件下对夹具组件的动平衡情况进行仿真分析,实现车夹具的精确配平设计。应用该分析技术,提高了车夹具配平设计的精确性,降低了夹具制造的风险。
Based on Pro/E software' s feature modeling function, 3D initial model of complex lathe clamp is created, and by using the analysis of kinematics function calculate the quality and centroid position of the clamping apparatus and the work-piece are calculated. Through the realistic environment of dynamic simulation of balancing analysis technology, optimize the design of lathe clamp, which can realize accurate balancing of lathe clamp. The application of this technology can improve the efficiency of the same kind of clamp design and reduce the manufactured risks.
