摘要
针对煤基液化气的组分特点,设计了气分装置对其中含量较高的丙烷和正丁烷进行分离。结合相关产品的化工利用和工艺技术发展情况,探讨了丙烷和正丁烷的后续加工方案,建议丙烷采用脱氢工艺生产丙烯,正丁烷用于生产1,4-丁二醇。对煤制油、煤制烯烃轻烃资源的综合利用提出了建议。
According to the composition characteristics of coal based liquid gas, a gas fractionation unit is designed for the separation of higher content of propane and n-butane. Combining with chemical utilization and technology development situation of related products, the subsequent processing scheme of propane and n-butane is discussed. It is suggested that propylene can be produced by dehydrogenation of propane, and 1,4-butanediol can be produced by n-butane. Some proposals for comprehensive utilization of light hydrocarbon resource from coal to oil and coal to olefin are put forward.
