高速城镇化下兵团住区规划结构研究

RESEARCH ON THE STRUCTURE OF RESIDENTIAL AREA PLANNING IN THE HIGH SPEED URBANIZATION

针对兵团城镇化水平虚高,小城镇普遍出现的"夏村冬市"的现象,以及住区结构混乱、公共服务设施配置不科学等问题,通过深入分析兵团中心镇区、中心连队和家庭农场的住区现状特点和远期发展实际需求,探究适合于三种不同住区的规划结构形态和规划结构模式,为兵团小城镇住区规划提供参考。

According to the problems such as Corps urbanization level virtual high, small town gen- erally appears ＂Summer Villager Winter Citizen＂ phenomenon, the residential structure confusion, and the public service facilities are not scientific,through in-depth analysis of status characteristics and long term needs for actual development of Corps Center Township, central company and family farms residen- tial areas, we explore the suitable form planning structure and mode planning structure in three different residential areas, provide a reference for residential areas planning in small town of the XPCC.
