地源热泵U型埋管非稳态传热数值模拟

NUMERICAL SIMULATION ON UNSTEADY HEAT TRANSFER OF U-TUBE GROUND SOURCE HEAT PUMP

摘要 针对严寒地区气候特点和冬季冻土特点,建立了严寒地区地源热泵垂直U型埋管换热器周围非稳态温度场的物理模型和数学模型。利用ANSYS和FLUENT软件建立U型换热器三维数值模型并进行数值模拟,计算换热器内的温度分布并分析U型管进口水温、回填材料、U型管埋深对换热器换热性能的影响。将模拟结果与实测数据进行比较,验证了该模型的正确性。研究结果为地源热泵的的优化设计和运行提供有益的参考。 This paper established a physical and mathematical model of vertical U-tube heat ex- changer based on the climate and permafrost characteristics in cold region. ANSYS and FLUENT soft- ware were used to construct 3 D numerical model of U-tube heat exchanger and carry out numerical simu- lation, it simulated the distribution of temperature in heat exchanger and analysed the influence of U- tube inlet water temperature, backfill materials, U-tube buried depth on heat transfer performance. The correctness of the model was verified by means of comparing the simulation results with measured data. The results will provide beneficial reference for the optimization of the design and operation of ground source heat pump (GSHP).
