硫普罗宁与脂肝清胶囊联用治疗非酒精性脂肪型肝病的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effects of Tiopronin Combined with Zhiganqing Capsule on Patients with Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

目的:探讨硫普罗宁与脂肝清胶囊联用治疗非酒精性脂肪型肝病患者的临床疗效。方法:将140例非酒精性脂肪型肝病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组70例。治疗组予硫普罗宁和脂肝清胶囊治疗,对照组予脂肝清胶囊治疗。观察两组患者治疗前、后的肝功能指标丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT);血脂水平甘油三酯(TG)与总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平变化情况,同时观察不良反应。结果:治疗后,治疗组ALT、AST、GGT水平均低于对照组,差异有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组患者血脂水平均有所改善,实验组降低较明显(P<0.05)。结论:硫普罗宁与脂肝清胶囊联合治疗非酒精性脂肪型肝病可明显改善患者肝功能,且安全有效。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of tiopronin combined with herbal recipe Zhiganqing capsule（ZGQ capsule）in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）.Methods：One hundred and forty patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease were divided into two groups,seventy patients each group,patients in the treatment group were treated with tiopronin and Zhiganqing capsule,while the control group were treated with Zhiganqing capsule.Then the levels of ALT,AST,GGT,TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C should be compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results：After the patients were treated,the levels of ALT,AST and GGT were lower than before treated,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）,the level of TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C were all ameliorated in experiment group and control group after treatment,especially in the experiment group.Conclusion：The combination of tiopronin with Zhiganqing capsule can previously improve the liver function on patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,which will be widely applied in clinical.
