摘要
以甲基三乙氧基硅烷、苯基三乙氧基硅烷为主要原料,分步滴入氨水溶液中,经水解缩聚反应,制得有机硅光扩散剂。对该产品进行了红外光谱、SEM表征,以及透光率和雾度测试。结果表明,该光扩散剂外观为粒径约2μm的球形微粒,透光率为54%,雾度94%。
Silicone light scattering agent was prepared by hydrolytic polycondensation with methyltriethoxysilane,phenyltriethoxysilane in alkaline water solution. The silicone resin was characterized by FTIR,SEM,optical transmittance and haze test. Result showed that the outlook of light scattering agent was about 2 μm spherical particles,light transmittance was 54%,and the haze degree was 94%.
