摘要
目的:观察超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)及血尿酸与缺血性进展性脑卒中(Progressive ischemic stroke,PIS)的相关性。方法:以2013年2月-2014年6月我院收治的77例脑梗死患者为研究对象,取确诊为进展性脑卒中的32例患者为进展组,45例非进展性脑卒中的患者为对照组。已知所有患者的性别、年龄、吸烟、饮酒、体重指数(BMI)以及神经功能缺损程度无统计学差异。将两组患者住院14d内的hs-CRP、HCY及血尿酸进行检测并对比分析。结果:hs-CRP水平可以反映病情进展,但不能预测缺血性卒中的发生;HCY及血尿酸水平能预测缺血性卒中发生,但不能反映病情的进展。结论:hs-CRP增高与缺血性进展性卒中存在相关性;高HCY和高尿酸二者均是缺血性进展性卒中相对独立的危险因素。
Objective :Observation of high‐sensitivity C‐reactive protein (hs‐CRP) ,homocysteine (HCY) and uric acid and progressive ischemic stroke (progressive ischemic stroke ,PIS ) relevance .Methods :From February 2013 to June 2014 77 patients of cerebral infarction in our hospital as the research object ,take diagnosed with progressive stroke 32 patients were progression group ,45 patients with non‐progressive stroke for the control group .All known sex ,age , smoking ,alcohol consumption ,body mass index was no significant difference (BMI) and the degree of neurological deficit .hs‐CRP will be two groups of patients hospitalized within the period of 14 days ,HCY and uric acid were detec‐ted and analyzed .Results:hs‐CRP levels may reflect disease progression ,but can not predict the occurrence of ischemic stroke;HCY and serum uric acid levels can predict the occurrence of ischemic stroke ,but does not reflect the progress of the disease .Conclusion:Elevated hs‐CRP correlated with progressive ischemic stroke ;high HCY and high uric acid is both progressive ischemic stroke independent risk factor .
