在LTE无线网络运营期间,网络KPI指标是目前运营商关注的重点,对LTE网络的各类操作测试也应按标准规范来严格开展。文章主要通过对一次互操作测试过程中因错误操作引起全网RRC连接掉话率过高案例的分析,提供一种利用LTE专业网管、测试分析软件、工参及地图来定位问题小区,以及排查隐形故障原因的方法。

During the period of LTE wireless network operation, network KPI is the concern of the operators. All kinds of operations of LTE test should also be in accordance with the standard specification to strictly carry out. Through the analysis of a high RRC connection drop rate case in an interoperability test caused by wrong operation, this paper provides a way to investigate invisible faults causes by using LTE professional network management, test and analysis software, labor participation and map to locate the problem area.
