摘要
体育新课改已要求体育教研室从制度和组织层面作出变革。从管理学视角分析,现行结构体现出传统的部门工作方式和特点。由部门向团队的转型有转为"多人一科"、转为"教"、"研"、"训"并重、转为"团队性结构"等多条路径,而"扁平化、宽松化、自决策"的现代环境则是转型成功的保证。
The new PE curriculum reform has requested the PE Teachers’Office to make the transformation from the system and the organization. From the management science angle of view, the present structure appears the tradition“department”working mode and characteristics. There are many ways for the transition from“department”to“team”such as“multi-person branch”,“teaching”-“research”-“training”integration and“team structure”. The modern“flat”,“flexible”and“independent”environment is the guarantee for the successful transition.
