结肠电刺激对胃肠动力的影响及相关机制 被引量:3

摘要 结肠电刺激是在结肠肠壁上植入电极,通过接受外源性电脉冲刺激调控结肠的电活动,进而影响结肠和其他胃肠部位的运动。近年来的研究表明,结肠电刺激通过调节胃肠动力,对功能性便秘、肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)、大便失禁及肥胖等疾病的治疗具有潜在的临床应用价值。而目前对于结肠电刺激的刺激模式尚无一致结论,作用机制也不十分清楚。本文就结肠电刺激对胃肠动力的影响及其可能的相关机制作一概述。 Colonic electrical stimulation is performed through electrodes inserted into the colon wall. By delivering exogenous electrical pulses to the colon, colonic electrical stimulation could control the colonic electrical activity and af- fect the movement of colon and other gastrointestinal organs. Recent studies have shown that colonic electrical stimula- tion could be a potential treatment for patients with constipation, IBS, fecal incontinence and obesity through regulation of gastrointestinal motility. However, there are still no unanimous conclusions about stimulation modes, and the related mechanisms are still not very clear now. Here, the effects of colonic electrical stimulation on gastrointestinal motility and the possible related mechanisms were reviewed.
