摘要
目前,炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)的标准疗法未能控制病情的患者日益増多。生物制剂在克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)和溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)治疗史上有划时代意义,并同时能改善患者的预后。但其治疗指征和治疗时机仍不清楚。此外,生物制剂进行早期干预的具体机理目前尚不清楚。现就生物制剂的选择、使用时间、用量、疗效判断作一概述。
The standard therapy of inflammatory bowel disease （IBD） fails to control in many patients. Biologics is a milestone in the history of Crohn＇ s disease （CD） and ulcerative colitis （UC） that can improve the prognosis. However, treatment indications and value remain unclear. Further, The specific mechanism of biologies is unclear. This paper, there had a summary for the use of time, dosage, efficacy judgments.
