摘要
针对天津港近年来铁路疏港量占有份额较低的实际,从营销人员营销技能有待提高、营销人员获取疏港信息准确率低、营销策略执行不到位、铁路运价与公路运价相比不占优势等方面分析天津货运中心铁路疏港货物营销存在的问题,通过实施相应的整改措施,即建立营销人员选拔、培训和交流机制,建立信息共享平台,实行大宗上量货物专项营销,利用价格浮动政策吸引货源等,提高铁路疏港量。
Targeting with actual situation of low share of railway port congestion volume in recent year in Tianjin, from aspects such as marketing skill of marketing personnel need increasing, low accuracy rate of getting port congestion information by marketing personnel, inadequate implementation of marketing strategies and railway tariff comparing unfavorably with highway tariff, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the marketing of railway port congestion goods in Tianjin Freight Transport Center, and puts forward implementing relative rectification measures to increase railway port congestion volume, such as establishing the selecting, training and communication mechanism for marketing staff, establishing information share platform, implementing special marketing of bulk goods with increased transport volume and absorbing freight source by using price fluctuation policy.
