摘要
目的探讨精益思维培养对临床护士质控意识和自我效能感的影响。方法2013年12月—2014年11月,选取57名临床护士作为研究对象,运用精益思维培养1年。采用自身对照法,比较培训前后护士的质控意识和自我效能感得分。结果精益思维培养前低年资和中年资护士的质控意识、自我效能感均处于低水平(质控意识得分<43分,自我效能感得分<24分),高年资阶段护士的质控意识、自我效能感均处于中水平(质控意识得分<56分,自我效能感得分<32分),而精益思维培养后,3个阶段护士的质控意识和自我效能感均明显提升(P<0.05)。结论精益思维培养能提高护士质控意识和自我效能感,提升临床护理质量。
Objective To explore the influence of lean thinking on quality control consciousness and self-efficiency of clinical nurses. Methods Lean thinking training was conducted for fifty-seven clinical nurses for one year from December 2013 to November 2014. With self-control method, quality control consciousness and self-efficiency of clinical nurses were compared before and after the training. Results Before the training, junior nurses presented low level of quality consciousness and self-efficiency and senior nurses presented mediate level. But quality control consciousness and self-efficiency of all the nurses after the training were both significantly improved (P〈0.05). Conclusion Lean thinking benefits the improvement of quality control consciousness and self-efficiency of clinical nurses and then the improvement of quality of clinical nursing.
