摘要
目的了解ICU护士对ICU获得性衰弱的认知情况,为开展ICU获得性衰弱相关知识培训及提高ICU获得性衰弱的认知水平提供参考依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,对四川省某三级甲等医院253名ICU护士进行调查,从其对ICU获得性衰弱的概念、评估诊断、危险因素、早期干预适应证及干预方法 5个方面的认知进行问卷调查。结果调查护士中ICU获得性衰弱知识得分中位数为22.00分,四分位数间距为10.04分,11.5%的护士完全不知晓ICU获得性衰弱相关知识,仅8.7%的护士对相关知识了解较多,60.9%的护士对ICU获得性衰弱干预实践认知较差,23.7%的护士最近一次获取相关知识是在1个月内,且ICU护士获取护理新知识主要途径来源于同事间交流(占93.0%)及教科书(占67.6%)。结论 ICU护士对ICU获得性衰弱的认知情况不理想,临床对ICU获得性衰弱的干预实践较少,需要不断增强相关知识的培训教育,更新观念以提高临床干预水平,提高对ICU获得性衰弱的认知水平。
Objective To explore ICU nurses’ cognition on ICU-acquired weakness and to provide reference for future training and intervention. Methods A self-designed questionnaire including the concept, diagnostic assessment, risk factors, early intervention indications and methods for ICU-acquired weakness was used to survey 253 ICU nurses in a general hospital in Sichuan province. Results The score of median knowledge was 22.00, and that of interquartile range 10.04. Totally 11.5% of the nurses was completely unaware of ICU-acquired weakness, and only 8.7% of them presented adequate knowledge about ICU-acquired weakness. Of the total, 60.9% of them had poor nursing practice cognition and 23.7% of them had access to relevant knowledge within one month. The most important ways of acquiring knowledge were the exchange between colleagues (93.0%) and textbooks (67.6%). Conclusion Since ICU nurses have limited knowledge about ICU-acquired weakness, the education on ICU-acquired weakness should be strengthened to improve its practice.
