Financial Management Problems in Small and Micro Enterprises and Its Countermeasures

我国小微企业具有经营机制易于变通,投资少,营销模式灵活等优势,在当前市场经济条件下展现了蓬勃的发展生机。财务管理模式是企业依据一定的财务管理目标,在对企业财务管理状况、管理对象和财务活动进行管理的过程中所体现的方式方法。当前我国小微企业在财务管理理念、财务关系和实际管理结构等方面还存在很多问题,亟需采取相应对策,提高小微企业财务管理效能。

In China, small and micro en terprises are now generally faced with many financial management problems in terms of financial management concept, financial relations and real management mechanics. There is an urgent need for countermeasures to help small and micro enterprises lower financial risks in market economy. These measures include keeping up a stable development, working out a scientific investment strategy, optimizing financial management mechanism,and establishing a sound mechanism of internal audit and external supervision.
