近年来,我国大学生就业压力逐年增大的问题愈发突出,而就业指导工作在促进高校毕业生就业方面起到了很好的引导和桥梁作用。针对目前大学生就业的现实问题,从指导学生树立正确的职业价值观、择业观、调整就业心态入手,做好职业生涯规划、开展面试锻炼等方面,强化职业指导工作,提高职业指导质量,以此充分发挥就业指导对大学生就业的促进作用。

Recently, the problem of emp loyment pressure increasing for undergraduates has becoming more and more outstanding in China. And vocational guidance has become a leading trend and bridge to push employment of undergraduates at universities and colleges. Aiming at the reality of employment, the vocational guidance, starting from helping students build correct occupational values,view of vocational selection and adjust the attitude towards employment, make good career plan and practice job-interview training, has been strengthening the job guidance and improving the quality to play the full promoting role.
