气相色谱双柱双检测器法同时测定蔬菜水果中有机磷农药多残留的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用气相色谱法,通过双进样塔模式,采用双毛细管柱双检测器气相色谱法,一次性进行17种有机磷农药残留检测,快速检测蔬菜、水果中多种有机磷农药残留。试验表明,双塔双柱双检测器法具有简便,快速、回收率和灵敏度高的特点,回收率70%-120%,相对标准偏差RSD为2%-6%,检出限为0.0107-0.0261mg/kg,满足农药残留快速分析要求。 Applying for rapid determination system to test 17 kinds of organophosphate pesticide residues in cabbage and fruits adopted at one time by method of double capillary column double detector gas chromatography through the gas chromatography method of double sampling mode. Tests showed that double column gas chromatography method with advance characteristics of simple, fast and high sensitivity and recovery, the recovery rate is between 70%-120%, relative standard deviation RSD is between 2%-6%, detection limit is between 0.0107-0.0261 mg/kg, which satisfies the requirement of routine monitoring and fast analysis of pesticide residue.
