摘要
安棚天然碱矿储量丰富,为开辟新的增储领域提高采碱率,在泌阳凹陷安棚鼻状构造南翼部署了一口垂直水平复合井—HV027-8。针对井眼轨迹控制要求高、钻遇地层压力变化大、钻遇碱性介质多、腐蚀性强等技术难点,采用旋磁定位测量技术、复合盐抗碱钻井液体系等技术措施,分别在井深3239.5m、3512.6m实现与A靶、B靶连通,一次对接连通成功率达到100%,创造了安棚天然碱一口水平井同时与两口直井连通成功的纪录。
As Anpeng has abundant reserves of trona mine,Anpeng trona mined deploy a combined vertical and horizontal well-HV027-8 in Biyang Depression Anpeng Nose structure South Wing in order to improve mining base rate. On the basis of the engineering difficulties such as the formation pore pressure wide change,drilled more alkaline medium,strong corrosiveness,we use technical measures of RMRS,mixed salt alkali-resistant drilling fluid system to achieve the A,B target connectivity in the depth of 3239.5m and 3512.6m,and the onetime connecting success rate is 100%,which creating a record of using one horizontal well in connectivity of two vertical wells in this area.
