摘要
"七东1区克下组油藏30万吨聚驱"是股份公司重大开发项目,经过多年注水开发,储层孔隙结构更加复杂,非均质性加强。2013年8月进入前缘水驱阶段,前缘水驱初期油藏存在地层压力低,单井产液量低,且分布不均,调控难大。通过动静结合建立分区标准,将油藏分为3个区,通过聚类分析建立标准将储层分为四大类。在油藏分区和储层分类基础上,分区制定了合理政策界限;创建"储层分区,压力分类,注采分级"的三分注采优化技术指导注采精细调控。通过一年的精细调控,关键控制指标处于合理政策界限范围内,注采能力满足方案要求,压力系数达到方案要求1.0目标,剖面动用和采油速度大幅提高,开发效果较好,实现了前缘水驱目标,形成的系列技术也为类似油藏聚驱前缘水驱提供借鉴和指导。
The 300000 tons of reservoir of qidong in the East 1 district is a major development project of the company. After many years of water injection development,reservoir pore structure is more complex,and the heterogeneity is strengthened. In August 2013 into the leading edge water flooding stage,in the early stage reservoir pressure is low,the single well liquid output is low,and the distribution is uneven,the regulation is difficult to widen.By combining the static and dynamic,the partition standard is established,and the reservoir is divided into 3 zones. The reservoir is divided into four categories by clustering analysis. Based on reservoir areas and reservoir classifications,partition sets reasonable limits; create ' storage layer partition,classification of pressure injection production grade' three separate injection production optimization techniques and the guidance of injection and fine regulation. Through a year of fine regulation of key control target within the limits of a reasonable policy,injection and production capacity to meet program requirements,pressure coefficient to program 1.0 target,profile producing and oil production,a substantial increase in speed,development effect is better,to achieve a water target displacement front,forming a series of Technology which provides reference and guidance for similar reservoir polymer flooding water front drive.
