摘要
水力喷砂压裂技术目前已成为低渗透油气田水平井多段改造的主体技术之一。介绍了水力喷砂压裂的技术原理及工艺流程,采集储层露头岩样进行物理实验分析,利用Fluent进行数值模拟理论研究。研究表明:压裂过程中喷孔形态出现准纺锤形与剑形两种不同结果;水力喷射可以实现射流增压;壁面压力最大值出现在孔眼前端;形成了不同喷嘴直径情况下喷嘴排量与喷射速度匹配关系。为水力喷砂压裂工艺管柱及配套工具的研制提供实验及理论基础。
At present,Hydraulic Fracturing has become a period of one of the main body of technology in low permeable oil fields of horizontal Wells. This paper introduces the technical principle and process flow,Gathering the outcrop rock specimens to analyse Physical experiment and study on numerical simulation theory by using Fluent software. Research shows that: Spray holes appear spindle and sword in the process of fracturing;Hydraulic jet pressurization is available; The maximum wall pressure was in the front of the hole; Formed Matching relation between nozzle discharge and the injection speed under different nozzle diameter. Provide experimental and theoretical basis for fracturing string and supporting tools.
