摘要
随着国家环保标准对铝用阳极焙烧烟气排放限值的进一步降低,许多采用单一净化方法的电解铝企业将面临设备改造。本文提出电捕焦油器+干法、焚烧+干法的净化组合式烟气处理方案,并介绍了每种方案的工艺流程、主要设备、运行方式和应用情况。
As flue gas emissions limit of carbon anode production plants is further reduced according to the national environmental protection standards, many aluminum enterprises which used single purifying method will face equipment transformation. This paper proposes electro tar precipitator + dry method, incineration + dry flue gas purification combined treatment scheme, it also introduces the process, main equipment, and operation mode and application situations for each process route.
