摘要
以粉煤灰、黏土为主料,添加不同比例的造孔剂煤矸石制备粉煤灰陶粒滤料。本文研究了煤矸石用量对粉煤灰陶粒滤料性能的影响,结果表明,随着煤矸石比例的提高,粉煤灰陶粒滤料的烧失量、吸水率及比表面积逐渐增大,而堆积密度、强度和耐酸碱性逐渐减小。
Lytag filter is produced by using fly ash and clay as the main material along with a proper quantity of coal gangue as pore-forming agent. The affect of coal gangue dosage on Lytag filter perform- ance is studied in the paper. The result shows that along with the increase of coal gangue dosage, loss on ignition, water absorption and specific surface area are gradually increased, while the bulk density, strength and acid properties are gradually decreased.
