Process optimization and efficient separation technology are the main direction of reducing en- ergy consumption and improving distillation product quality in Siemens poly-silicon production. By pre- heating the feed material, optimizing the order of the tower column group, employing differential thermal coupling distillation technology and efficient packing column methods and others, the operational stability and product quality is improved, and the energy consumption is reduced.
