摘要
国际学术界主流观点和WHO推荐意见:即使在欠发达国家,仍然要创造条件优先选用高效低耐药的药物治疗,以避免因高耐药性所导致的一系列医学和卫生经济问题。本文复习慢性乙型肝炎抗病毒治疗新进展,包括:抗病毒治疗后清除HBs Ag和降低肝内ccc DNA、单药治疗、联合治疗、NA对肾功能影响、研究和治疗应答的预测等。
The international circle of the studies on antiviral treatment of chronic hepatitis B （ CHB） and the WHO both recommend that in treating CHB the medicine with high effectiveness and low drug-resistance should be prescribed for the patients, especially for those of the developing countries.The paper presents a review of the newly developed therapies for antiviral treatment of CHB, which include methods such as ‘cleansing HBsAg and reducing cccDNA after antiviral therapy’ ,‘monomedicine therapy ’ , and ‘combined medicine therapy ’ .It as well reviews studies on kidney damage associated with NA and those on‘predictors of response’ .
