高频电刀应用于糖尿病患者残冠残根修复的观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病患者残冠残根固定义齿修复中应用高频电刀牙龈处理的临床效果。方法 224例糖尿病患者(242颗牙),均缺损至龈下(≤2 mm)的牙残冠残根,分别采用高频电刀(125例,观察组)和普通手术刀(99例,对照组)进行牙龈部分切除术,并采用烤瓷冠或桩核冠修复,术前对残冠残根做完善根管治疗及牙周处理,术后分别于1 d、3 d、1 w、2 w、3 w观察术区牙龈愈合情况及即刻印模情况。结果两组术后牙龈愈合差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),3 w时两组牙龈基本愈合,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高频电刀组均可进行即刻印模,普通手术刀组均无法进行即刻印模。结论糖尿病患者残冠残根固定义齿修复中应用高频电刀牙龈处理,效果优于普通手术刀。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of high-frequency electric knife in restoring the residual crown and root gums of fixed denture of diabetic patients.Method 224 diabetic patients ( 242 teeth, with defect sub-gingival (≤2mm) residual crown and root of the tooth) were divided into an experimental group ( n=125) and a control group ( n=99) .The experimental group were subjected to partial gum surgery conducted with high-frequency electric knife while the control group were subjected to surgery conducted with ordinary scalpel to remove the gums.Meanwhilep,orcelain crowns or post crown were used for restoration.Root canal treatment and periodontal treatment were conducted to the residual crown and root prior to surgery.The condition of surgical healing and instant gingival impression were monitored 1 day3, days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks respectively after the surgery.Findings The post operative healing gums were significantly different (P〈0 .05).Two gums healed 3 weeks after surgery, with no significant difference (P 〉0.05).The experimental group can be subjected to instant impression while the control group cannot.Conclusion High-frequency electric knife is superior to ordinary scalpel in restoring the residual crown,root gums and fixed partial denture of diabetic patients.
