护士评判性思维能力与社会支持相关性研究

The correlation of nursing workers' critical thinking ability to social support

目的探讨医院临床护士评判性思维能力与社会支持的相关性。方法采用评判性思维能力量表、社会支持量表对杭州某三甲医院332名临床护士进行测评和分析。结果被调查护士的评判性思维能力和社会支持得分均较低,且二者呈正相关。结论该院临床护士评判性思维能力和社会支持不高,应构建包括上级领导、同事、患者及护士家庭等在内的多方位良好的社会支持系统,提高临床护士的社会支持度,进而提高其评判性思维能力。

Objective To understand the correlation of nursing workers＇critical thinking ability to social support.Method 332 nurses from a third rate hospital were survey with CTDI-CV questionnaire and social support scale.Findings The scores which the nurses achieved on both critical thinking and social support were very low and the correlation between the two scores was found positive.Conclusion A social collaborative system involving the management, the nurses＇colleagues, and their family should be established to provide social support for the nurses so as to improve their critical thinking ability.
