健脾补肾方治疗消化道恶性肿瘤临床研究

Clinical Study of Jianpi Bushen Fang in Treating Digestive Tract Malignant Tumor

目的:观察健脾补肾方加减治疗消化道恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取150例消化道恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机平均分为治疗组和对照组。对照组予以常规抗肿瘤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以健脾补肾方加减口服,连续使用14 d后,比较两组患者免疫学指标、中医临床症状改善情况、生存质量及临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后NK细胞、CD3+T淋巴细胞、CD4+T淋巴细胞、CD8+T淋巴细胞、CD4+/CD8+均较治疗前好转(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后中医症状及生存质量均较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。临床疗效方面,观察组有效率为88.00%,对照组有效率为74.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾补肾方加减能提高消化道恶性肿瘤临床疗效,改善患者生存质量,提高免疫力。

Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of Jianpi Bushen Fang in treating digestive tract malignant tumor. Methods：150 cases with digestive tract malignant tumor were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group was given con-ventional anti-tumor treatment and the observation group was given Jianpi Bushen Fang based on the control group. Compared immuno-logical indexes,traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms improvement,quality of survival and clinical curative effect after 14 d. Results：The NK cells,CD3 ＋ T lymphocytes,CD4 ＋ T lymphocytes,CD8 ＋ T lymphocytes,CD4 ＋ / CD8 ＋ lymphocytes of two groups were improved than before treatment（P ﹤ 0. 05）and the observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was statisti-cally significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）. The TCM symptoms and quality of life of treatment group were significantly improved than that of control group（P ﹤ 0. 05）. The effective rate was 88. 00% in treatment group and 74. 67% in control group. The difference was statistically sig-nificant（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion：Jianpi Bushen Fang in treating digestive tract malignant tumor can improve clinical curative effect,im-prove the quality of life and enhance immunity.
