芪藿合剂治疗脾肾气虚型早期糖尿病肾病临床研究 被引量:3

Clinical Research of Qihuo Mixture in Treating of Spleen and Kidney Deficiency Type of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

摘要 目的:观察芪藿合剂治疗脾肾气虚型早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将60例早期糖尿病肾病脾肾气虚证随机平均分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予对症处理,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予芪藿合剂辨证治疗。两组疗程均为3个月,检测治疗组及对照组治疗前、治疗后3个月的24小时尿微量白蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白,比较两组临床疗效并给予证候评分。结果:治疗组有效率为86.7%,对照组有效率为60.0%,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组中医证候评分改善较对照组更为明显(P<0.05);治疗组24小时尿微量白蛋白,超敏C反应蛋白下降较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:芪藿合剂可降低早期糖尿病肾病脾肾气虚证患者24小时尿微量白蛋白及超敏C反应蛋白,改善糖尿病肾病早期的微炎症状态,改善临床症状。 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Qihuo mixture in treating of spleen and kidney deficiency type of early di-abetic nephropathy. Methods:60 cases of early diabetic nephropathy spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group on average. The control group was given symptomatic treatment and the treatment group was given Qi-huo mixture based on control group. A course of 3 months,detect 24 hour urine trace albumin,hypersensitive c-reactive protein treat-ment group and control group before and after 3 months and compared the clinical curative effect and syndrome score of two groups. Re-sults:The effective rate was 86. 7% in treatment group and 60. 0% in control group. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). TCM syndrome score of Treatment group was improved more significantly than that of control group(P ﹤0. 05). The 24 hours urine trace albumin and hypersensitive C-reactive protein of treatment group fell more obviously than that of control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Qihuo mixture can decrease the 24 hour urine trace albumin and hypersensitive C-reactive protein of early diabetic nephropathy patients with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,improve micro inflammation in early diabetic nephropa-thy and improve clinical symptoms.
