通秘合剂治疗老年性便秘临床研究

Clinical Research of Tongmi Mixture in the Treatment of Senile Constipation

目的:观察通秘合剂治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将158例老年性便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组96例给予通秘合剂口服,对照组62例给予芪蓉润肠口服液口服。观察两组治疗前、治疗后和治疗后1个月患者排便周期、排便时费力程度、排便时间、不尽感、便质情况、便意感等主要临床症状积分情况,并统计临床疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组有效率为86.5%,对照组有效率为74.2%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在改善患者排便频率,费力程度,排便不尽感,便质性状等临床症状方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);1个月后随访,治疗组有效率为73.1%,对照组有效率为48.1%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通秘合剂治疗老年性便秘临床疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate clinical effect of Tongmi mixture in the treatment of senile constipation. Methods：158 cases with se-nile constipation were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The treatment group was given Tongmi mixture and the control group was treated with Qirong Runchang oral liquid. Clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain,diarrhea,mucous stool with pus and blood,tenesmus signs of two groups were analyzed. Clinical curative effects of two groups were analyzed by colonoscopy. Results：Af-ter treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 86. 5% and 74. 2% . The difference was statistically （P ﹤ 0. 05）. In improving defecation frequency,exertion degree,stool character such clinical symptoms,treatment group improved more significantly than that of the control group（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Follow up after one month,the effective rate was 73. 1% in treatment group and 48. 1% in control group,the difference was statistically（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion：Tongmi mixture in the treatment of senile constipation has significant clinical efficacy.
