温阳通络推拿法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation by Massage Therapy of Warming Yang and Dredging Meridians

目的:探讨中医温阳通络推拿法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将符合入选标准的患者随机分为治疗组64例和对照组59例。治疗组采用温阳通络法治疗,对照组采用一般推拿治疗。结果:治疗组临床有效率为84.38%,明显优于对照组64.41%,两组比较有显著差异(χ2=12.880,P=0.004)。治疗组视觉模拟(visual Analogue score,VAS)评分治疗前后比较有显著差异(P<0.01);与对照组比较明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组健康调查简表(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)评分与治疗前比较,其中生理机能,生理职能,躯体疼痛,一般健康状况,精力均明显提高(P<0.05或P<0.000 1);而社会功能,情感职能,精神健康则无明显变化(P>0.05)。治疗组SF-36评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中医温阳通络推拿法能够明显改善腰椎间盘突出症症状,提高生活质量。

Objective：To explore the clinical study on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by massage therapy of warming Yang and dredging meridians. Methods：All the patients were randomly divided into treatment group（TG,n =64）and control group（CG,n =59）. TG was given the massage therapy of warming Yang and dredging meridians,and CG was given the general massage therapy. Results：The clin-ical effective rate was 84. 38% in TG,which was statistically higher than that of 64. 41% in CG（χ2 =12. 880,P =0. 004）. After the treat-ment,the VAS was significantly lower than before treatment（P ﹤ 0. 01）,which also much lower than that in CG（P ﹤ 0. 05）. After the treatment,SF-36 score in TG,which was higher than that before treatment（P ﹤0. 01）and also higher than that in CG（P ﹤ 0. 01）. Espe-cially,physiology,physiological function,bodily pain,general health,energy,were significantly improved（P ﹤0. 05 or P ﹤ 0. 000 1）. How-ever,social function,role emotional,mental health did not change significantly（P ﹥ 0. 05）. Conclusion：The massage therapy of warming Yang and dredging meridians can significantly improve the symptoms of LDH and improve quality of life. It should be widely applied.
