穴位敷贴联合耳穴压豆治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留临床研究

Clinical Research of Point Application and Ear Acupoint Yadou in Treating Postoperative Urinary Retention

目的:观察穴位敷贴联合耳穴压豆治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:将120例肛肠病术后尿潴留患者随机分成两组,治疗组60例采用穴位敷贴配联合耳穴压豆治疗,对照组60例采用诱导排尿法,比较两组治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留的疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为95%,对照组有效率为50%,两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:穴位敷贴联合耳穴压豆治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留疗效确切。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of point application and ear acupoint Yadou in treating postoperative urinary retention. Methods：120 cases of postoperative urinary retention were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in treatment group was treated with point application and ear acupoint Yadou and 60 cases in control group was given induce micturition method. Results：The effective rate was 95% in treatment group and 50% in control group. Compared the effective rate of two groups,the difference was sta-tistically significant（P ﹤ 0. 01）. Conclusion：Point application and ear acupoint Yadou in treating postoperative urinary retention have certain curative effect.
