颞叶癫痫动态脑电图和影像诊断

AEEG AND IMAGING DIAGNOSIS ON TEMPORAL LOBE EPILEPSY

目的:探讨动态脑电图(AEEG)和CT、MRI对颞叶癫痫的诊断作用。方法:分析用MB8000型AEEG仪监测到的颞叶痫样发放者35例的异常脑电图。结果:AEEG常规描记痫样发放3例,AEEG间歇期13例,临床发作期19例。结论:AEEG结合CT、MRI检查对颞叶癫痫的诊断,定位及鉴别诊断具有重要意义。

Objective: To explore effect of AEEG, CT and MRI in diagnosis of temporal lobe epilepsy. Methods: Epileptiform discharges of temporil lone were amalysed by MB8000 AEEG in 35 cases. Results: The 35 cases include 3 cases of epileptiform discharges, in EEG, 13 cases of internittent period and 19 cases of clinical attaek period in AEEG Conclusions : It is meaningful that AEEG combine with both CT ang MRI in diagnosis, location and differential diagnosic of temporal lobe epildpsy.
