摘要
以技术与应用双轮驱动的新信息技术(IT)的发展催生了规模化应用型IT人才培养的迫切需求,地方高校应以应用型IT人才培养为己任,但问题重重.高校必须提高课堂教学的质量,把前沿IT知识与技术引入课堂以激发学生的学习兴趣,变以讲授为主的教学模式为学生主动思考的探究学习模式,广泛开展创客、翻转课堂、微课等新的教学模式,实施过程性评价;同时探索以项目驱动、企业孵化、校企产学联动的校企合作新模式,以项目开发带动学生创新创业能力的培养,达到规模化应用型IT人才培养的目标.
With the development of new information technology(IT)driven by technology and application,scaled applied IT personnel training is urgently needed,which is a main task in local universities.However,it is fraught with many problems.Therefore,local universities should improve the quality of classroom teaching,stimulate students'learning interest by introducing cutting-edge IT knowledge and technology into the classroom,change lecture-based teaching mode to students'active thinking based inquiry learning mode,such as creating teaching,flipped class and micro-lecture models,implement process evaluation,explore a new mode of university-enterprise cooperation with project driven,business incubator and university-enterprise linkage to cultivate students'innovation and entrepreneurial abilities by project development,and achieve the aim of scaled applied IT personnel training.
