摘要
研究旅游高等教育质量的关键影响因素,对提升旅游高等教育质量,为旅游行业培养高层次、高素质人才具有指导意义.通过深入访谈、焦点小组和二手资料等定性方法进行研究,结果表明:师资因素、学生因素、教学工作、教育目标、就业因素是构建旅游高等教育质量体系的关键因素,而且旅游高等院校发展受到旅游高等教育质量影响.
The study of key factors influencing the quality of tourism higher education may offer the guidance on improving the quality of higher education of tourism management as well as cultivating high-level,high-quality professionals.Viain-depth interviews,task groups and second hand documents,the results show that teachers,students,teaching job,education objectives and careers are the key factors that constitute the quality of tourism higher education and the tourism high education schools＇development is highly dependent on the quality of tourism higher education.
