球毛壳菌引起杭白菊叶枯病的首次报道

First Report of Leaf Blight Disease of Chrysanthemum morifolium Caused by Chaetomium globosum

对浙江磐安地区发生叶枯症状的杭白菊进行病原菌分离鉴定,经形态学和分子生物学分析发现病原菌为球毛壳菌(Chaetomium globosum).致病性测定后显示该菌能引起杭白菊枯叶和叶边缘萎缩等症状,与田间观察到的症状一致,符合科赫氏法则,这是目前国内外首次报道的一种新病害.

The leaf blight disease of Chrysanthemum morifolium in Pan＇an,Zhejiang,is studied in this work.The fungus is isolated and identified by morphologic and molecular biological technology,finally pathogenicity tests are carried out and approved that the pathogen is Chaetomium globosum.This is the first report of leaf blight disease of C.morifolium caused by C.globosumat home and abroad.
