经胸实时三维彩色多普勒成像技术定量评价二尖瓣偏心性反流程度 被引量:1

摘要 根据反流束形态可将二尖瓣反流分为中心性反流和偏心性反流(eccentric mitral regurgitation,EMR),二尖瓣中心性反流束射向左心房腔中部并大致沿长轴对称性分布,而EMR的反流束偏向左心房腔一侧走行,有宽阔的左心房附壁面,呈不对称性分布。因此,通常用于评估中心性反流的定量和半定量方法在评价EMR时常导致低估[1]。
