摘要
青年作为人生中最为重要的一个阶段,青年发展的好坏对个人和整个社会的发展都非常重要,因此青年优先发展具有十分重要的战略意义。从社会网络嵌入视角,分析人口转型和社会经济转型背景下青年优先发展的必要性,探讨青年优先发展是社会发展的必然选择,是青年政策的调整的必选项。
Youth is an important stage in one＇s life, and youth development has a significant effect on the development of individuals and the whole society. As a result, youth priority development has strategic significance. From social network embedded perspective, this paper analyzes the necessity of youth priority development under the background of population and social economic transformation, and points out that youth priority development is an inevitable choice for social development and the adjustment of youth policies.
