摘要
高职院校的志愿服务对于育人模式的创新具有重要意义,但是目前很多院校存在志愿服务与教书育人相脱节的状况,制约了志愿服务积极作用的发挥。广东青年职业学院探索"三导师"制(专业导师、志愿者导师、职业导师相结合),增加志愿者导师作为高职学生选择人生道路、体验社会生活的指导,帮助学生学会"先做人后做事";另外,采取"三合作"方式,支持师生参与"志愿项目评审合作、志愿活动督导合作、志愿服务评估合作",全程参与社会建设与治理创新,获得知识增长和素质提升。志愿服务进入高职院校的教学实习,成为教书育人的重要途径,值得引起更大的重视。
Volunteer Service in higher vocational colleges is greatly significant to the innovation of higher vocational education model. However, at present, volunteer service is divorced from higher vocational education in many higher vocational colleges, which exercises restraint upon the positive role of volunteer service. In the practice of " tri-tutor ( professional tutor, volunteer tutor, career tutor )" mechanism in Guangdong Youth Vocational College, a volunteer tutor is introduced to guide students to choose their path of life and to experience social life, so as to help them learn the philosophy of "Better wit than wealth"; besides, a "tri-cooperation"method is also practiced, where students and teachers are encouraged to cooperate in the "appraisal of volunteer service projects", "supervision of volunteer activities" and "evaluation of volunteer service", so as to fully participate in the innovation of social construction and governance, broaden their knowledge, and improve their qualities. Therefore, greater attention should be paid to volunteer service, which can be integrated into higher vocational education and become an important educational approach.
