摘要
高职教育专业设置灵活,课程内容庞杂,人才培养模式多样,故其教学督导有难度也有特点。高职院校教学督导的"三三式"是指组织架构三级式、工作内容三维式和质量评价三源式。除了教学督导的"三三式",还需要校外行业专家和校内教学专家的合力督导,以符合职业教育教学的实际需要。
With the characteristics of flexible curriculum and the complex talent training mode, the teaching supervision in higher vocational colleges has its difficult and special points. This article deals with Teaching Supervision Formula——Three-Three-Style mechanism, which consists of the three-stage organization, three-dimensional job and three-element evaluation, and proposes to form an integrate supervision force consisting of experts in and outside school in order to meet the actual needs of the higher vocational education
