结肠癌术后肠内营养与全肠外营养应用的疗效比较

Comparison of the effcets between enteral nutrition and total parenteral nutrition on patients with radical colon carcinoma resection

目的探讨结肠癌根治术后肠内营养(enteral nutrition,EN)与肠外营养(total parenteral nutrition,TPN)的疗效比较。方法将2010年9月至2013年9月之间行结肠癌根治术患者67例随机分为EN组和TPN组,分别于术前1天及术后第1天、第7天对血清总蛋白(g/L)、血清白蛋白(g/L)及肛门排气时间、住院费用等进行比较。结果 EN组与TPN组患者的术后总蛋白、白蛋白量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但EN组肛门排气时间、住院费用较后者低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结肠癌根治术后患者EN支持同TPN一样安全有效,EN能缩短肛门排气时间、降低住院费用。

Objective To investigate the radical colon carcinoma resection enteral nutrition （ EN ） and parenteral nutrition （ TPN ） effect. Methods Totally 67 cases who were treated in the Central Hospital of Kaifeng from September, 2010 to September, 2013 were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into EN group and TPN group according to nutrition support modes. The serum total protein （g/L）, serum albumin （g/L） and anal exhaust time, hospitalization expenses were compared on the lth and 7th day. Results EN group and TPN groups of patients with postoperative total protein and albumin were no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）, but EN group, anal exhaust time, hospitalization cost was lower than that in the latter, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion EN support is as safe and effective as TPN in patients with colon cancer after radical resection, EN can shorten the time of anus exhaust and reduce the cost of hospitalization.
