先天性子宫畸形与妊娠预后的关系(附31例临床报告)

Congenital uterine malformations relationship with the prognosis of pregnancy(31 cases about the clinical reports)

目的探讨先天性子宫畸形临床特点与妊娠的关系。方法对2013年5月至2014年10月在我院优生咨询门诊就诊的31例先天性子宫畸形患者的临床表现及诊断方法进行回顾性分析,并观察其妊娠的进展及预后。结果 31例先天性子宫畸形患者中有27例患者(除原发不孕)共妊娠70次。除人工流产及尚在孕期外,妊娠失败共26次,占总妊娠次数的37.14%;妊娠成功27次,占总妊娠次数的38.57%;足月分娩20次,早产活婴7次。臀位发生率较高,占37.03%(10/27)。结论早期发现,早期诊断,早期治疗是增加妊娠成功率的保证。

Objective To investigate the clinical features of congenital uterine malformations and pregnancy related. Methods From 2013 to 2014 were retrospectively analyzed in clinical manifestations and diagnostic methods of 31 cases of congenital uterine malformation patients in our hospital from eugenics counseling clinic, and to observe the progress andprognosis of pregnancy. Results 31 cases of patients with congenital uterine malformation and 27 patients （except primary infertility） pregnancy 70 times. In addition to the artificial abortion and is still in pregnancy, pregnancy failure, a total of 26 times, accounting for 37. 14% of the total number of pregnancy; Successful pregnancy 27 times, 38.57 % of the total number of pregnancy;Term 20 times, premature infant 7 times in living. A high incidence of breech, accounted for 37.03% （10/27）. Conclusion Early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment is to increase the success rate of pregnancy guarantee.
